Job description

Our business offerings are expanding, and we have become an . We are seeking an individual with the requisite knowledge and language skills to work alongside the Sales Manager to effectively cater to this market and drive our business forward.

As a Sales Administrator at our discount store, you will play a role in supporting the sales process of a wide range of discounted products, especially a newly introduced Asian cookware range.

  • Responding telephone and email sales enquiries, helping potential customers understand the great deals we offer.
  • Provide accurate information to customers regarding cookware products, prices, and special discount offers.
  • Ensure that all sales transactions are recorded accurately, including tracking sales targets.
  • Address customer complaints with empathy and efficiency, ensuring their concerns are resolved or escalated appropriately to the shop manager.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team.
  • Possess multilingual skills in English, Urdu, and Pashto.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in Sales, especially cookware.

We have a training program in place to ensure all workers, including sponsored employees, are well-versed in local regulations and our company policies. This commitment ensures that we maintain high standards of compliance and operational integrity.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £38,750.00 per year
