Our business offerings are expanding, and we have become an . We are seeking an individual with the requisite knowledge and language skills to work alongside the Sales Manager to effectively cater to this market and drive our business forward.
As a Sales Administrator at our discount store, you will play a role in supporting the sales process of a wide range of discounted products, especially a newly introduced Asian cookware range.
- Responding telephone and email sales enquiries, helping potential customers understand the great deals we offer.
- Provide accurate information to customers regarding cookware products, prices, and special discount offers.
- Ensure that all sales transactions are recorded accurately, including tracking sales targets.
- Address customer complaints with empathy and efficiency, ensuring their concerns are resolved or escalated appropriately to the shop manager.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team.
- Possess multilingual skills in English, Urdu, and Pashto.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Sales, especially cookware.
